HOTEL ROOMS
It is our policy that all delegates should book hotel rooms either through the registration system or if a direct link has been provided by the hotel. Dependant on each event. For this event, a direct link is available to book your accommodation. As our contract with the hotel includes accommodation as well as meeting rooms this arrangement allows us to have a lower package overall, which we reflect in the registration fees and/or room rates offered.
Please note however that there are only a limited number of rooms reserved in the hotel for this event. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, depending on availability. A room with the MSI room rate is not guaranteed. Availability on the event website does not necessarily indicate rooms are actually available in the hotel, although every effort will be made to update the website as soon as information from the hotel is received.
CHANGES IN THE PROGRAMME
MSI Global Alliance reserves the right to change the times and any part of the programme at any time up to the event. This includes optional excursions, which may be cancelled if the numbers are below the minimum number of participants required.
