Specialized in M&A and Tax, I worked for global accounting companies such as Grant Thornton and EY. I have worked for 21 years providing advisory services in structuring, restructuring, M&A, and integrations for global private equities national and multinational companies, especially in energy, mining, technology, infrastructure, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, retail, among other industries.
At Cosmos Advisors, I have lead the implementation and the operation of the Tax Advisory, People Advisory and ESG practices, as well as fomented the implementation of other advisory areas in the firm.
