ADKL expands expertise in IT and cyber security

Multi-disciplinary firm ADKL is delighted to announce that Dr. Frank Hülsberg joined the firm on 1 November 2023, bringing his extensive expertise in auditing, tax, legal advice, and insolvency administration for medium-sized companies. Formerly a partner at Grant Thornton, Dr. Hülsberg joins ADKL as a board member and partner.

His consulting expertise includes advising medium-sized companies through risk situations, including special investigations and addressing specific corporate risks such as cyber/IT security. Additionally, he provides counsel on efficient management structures and tackles current compliance issues, covering areas like ESG, supply chains, and whistleblower systems.
