MSI's Portuguese law member Azeredo Perdigao & Associados successfully advises fashion retailer Inditex Group in one of the largest merger operations in Portugal.
Inditex Group is one of the largest fashion retailers worldwide, with nine brands (Bershka, Lefties, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Pull & Bear, Stradivarius, Uterqüe, Zara Home and Zara) sold in 202 markets, either through its online platform, or through about 6,800 stores.
In Portugal, the operation of the Inditex Group was carried out by nine different companies, responsible for operating precisely each of the group's nine brands present in the Portuguese market.
