haysmacintyre recognised as one of the UK’s best places to work

MSI's London based UK accounting member haysmacintyre is listed in 'The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024.'

We’re thrilled to be featured in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024, in recognition of our continued commitment to championing our people through development and diversity initiatives. The award celebrates companies with excellent scores for employee wellbeing, inclusivity and workplace satisfaction.

The ranking, which has been produced from benchmarking data obtained from over 70,000 companies globally by WorkL – The Sunday Times’ data partner for the list – saw haysmacintyre achieve ‘excellent’ scores across the board, making it one of just 92 companies to be acknowledged in the list of best ‘Big Organisations’ to work at in the UK. The survey investigated employees’ sentiments on issues including overall job satisfaction, wellbeing, and recognition, with haysmacintyre achieving top scores of 88%, 84%, and 83% respectively.

The firm’s recognition in the Best Places to Work 2024 further highlights its long-standing inward investment in its people, underpinned by its impressive retention rate – which has seen 60% of current Partners remain with the firm from trainee level.

As part of its growth strategy, haysmacintyre has reinforced its commitment to nurturing and supporting its people, ensuring that all employees have a positive experience at work: from enhancing its learning and development programme for talent across all levels; to developing and expanding its series of internal events allowing employees to connect and network.

Commenting on the announcement, Natasha Frangos, Managing Partner at haysmacintyre, said: “At haysmacintyre, we take pride in our people and want to ensure they love where they work. We are thrilled that our collective collaboration to make the firm a great workplace has been recognised in The Sunday Times’ prestigious ‘Best Places to Work’ – an achievement that is testament to the efforts of everyone across the firm.

“As a firm, we’ve long been committed to championing employees across all levels and fostering a supportive work environment, and this is something we have put at the very heart of our latest growth strategy. After all, ensuring our people are happy, and well-supported in their development, in turn helps them better serve our expanding client base.”
