Our firm has recently introduced a company valuation service, starting with a consultancy project for one of the largest private companies in the digital payments and electronic financial services sector. This engagement involved an assessment to determine share pricing for a potential issuance of new shares. This valuation service is now part of our offerings, expanding our service portfolio to meet client needs in this growing area.

We have also expanded into the insurance sector, marking our commitment to broader industry coverage and we are actively working to establish a presence in the banking sector in the coming year as part of our continued growth strategy.
