Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm assists Frigoglass SAIC in complex transaction

Kyriakides Georgopoulos Law Firm (KG Law Firm) is pleased to announce its role as Greek counsel in the recapitalisation and restructuring of Frigoglass SAIC's group of companies. This transaction has resulted in the strengthening of the group's capital structure, with control now vested in the group's noteholders, while Frigoglass SAIC retains a minority stake.

This has been one of the most complicated and demanding transactions confirming the longstanding expertise of the firm’s capital markets and restructuring teams working closely with its tax, labor and IP teams.
