MSI Global Alliance, a leading international association of legal and accounting firms, is pleased to announce the admission of the Brazilian law firm SPCC – Simões, Pellegrino, Coelho, Castro Advogados (SPCC).

SPCC is a full-service commercial law firm headquartered in Rio de Janeiro. The four partner firm, with a wealth of expertise in both advisory and litigation cases, provides a wide range of legal services including, but not limited to, tax law, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, labour law, commercial transactions, consumer law, intellectual property, environmental law, regulatory law (oil & gas, energy power, telecommunication), civil litigation, bidding law, administrative law and social security law. Tim Wilson, chief executive of MSI, comments, “I am really pleased to welcome SPCC as member of MSI.  Creuza Coelho is already well known to many within our association; she and her colleagues have an extensive regional and international network and I know they will contribute a great deal to MSI and gain from the membership too.” Creuza de Abreu Vieira Coelho, managing partner of SPCC, comments, “We are delighted to re-join MSI, which gathers very efficient and skilled professionals that are able to assist our clients in their business matters worldwide. We look forward to assisting fellow MSI members whose clients may require legal support in Brazil.” Focussed on strengthening the association’s representation in the Latin America region, the admission of SPCC follows shortly after MSI’s recent member firm appointments in the region, announced in April 2016, which included Colón Cuebas & Laguna in Puerto Rico, BolboGroup Audit & Consulting in Costa Rica and Ugarte, Quiñonez & Asociados in Ecuador.
