Nova is continuing its nationwide expansion, and has announced the opening of an office in Lyon The opening of this office will enable Nova's teams to be closer to their clients in the Lyon region. It will also provide leverage for the acquisition of new clients, whether corporate, credit institutions or private equity funds.

Nova announces the arrival of a Counsel

With a Master 2 in Business Law with, specialized in mergers & acquisitions and financing, Sabrina Dahmal previously worked in national and international law firms in Paris, mainly in M&A and corporate departments. While Sabrina Dahmal’s arrival allows Nova to strengthen its private equity and M&A practice, she will also be in charge of the development of the Lyon office.

Nova announces the arrival of two new associates

With a Master 2 in corporate law, Catherine Diril began her career with leading Parisian law firms, working mainly in M&A and private equity. She will join Nova’a M&A and private equity team.

Meriem Larbi holds a Master 2 in International business law and an LLM in business law. She began her career with major national and international law firms in Paris, advising on structured finance and real estate financing. She is joining Nova’s financing practice and will be working mainly for credit institutions.
