Vinay D. Dwarkadas has recently joined MSI's New Delhi law member RNC Legal as of counsel in the firm's corporate practice.

In his career spanning 25 + years in the profession, Vinay has amongst many others advised, prominent Indian and foreign conglomerates including the Godrej Group, TATA Group, Bajaj Group, Mahindra Group, Maruti Suzuki, Larsen & Toubro, JM Financial, ITC Group, Pidilite Group, Sula Vineyards, Fender Musical Instruments Corporation, The Girls Day School Trust, Shangri-La Group on various contentious and non-contentious issues.
He was named one of 500 best General Counsel from India by the Worldwide IP Forum and finest in-House Counsel by the Indian Corporate Counsel Association of India. Vinay is a graduate of University of Bombay. He is a recipient of the Kinloch Forbes Gold Medal. He’s also held distinctions in the subjects Private International Law and Equity and Trusts. Vinay is an honorary member of Sigma Xi, Bangkok Chapter.
