Schmidt Brunet Litzler strengthens tax department

SBL's tax department has been strengthened by the arrival of Johanna Segalis, who has been a lawyer since 2009 and holds a Master's degree in corporate taxation from Paris Dauphine. Johanna previously spent more than ten years with SBL, when she left in 2021 to move to the Normandy region.

We are delighted that she has now returned to our tax teams with the ambition of developing a client base of companies, entrepreneurs and individuals in France.

She advises and litigates in a wide range of tax areas, including property taxation, international taxation and wealth taxation. She also advises the firm's clients on corporate taxation and the tax aspects of their acquisitions, shareholdings and disposals.
